TradeVanta Academy would like to alert everyone about the increasing risk of fraudulent activities, impersonation, and unauthorised use of the TradeVanta Academy name, logo, branding, photographs, videos, educational content, and other intellectual property across WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
We have been made aware that unauthorised individuals or groups may falsely represent themselves as being associated with TradeVanta Academy and may approach people through social media, messaging applications, phone calls, or private communication.
Such individuals may make claims regarding:
- Guaranteed profits or fixed returns
- Guaranteed income from trading
- Stock or forex trading calls and tips
- Personal investment recommendations
- Unauthorised financial advisory services
- Trading account or fund management services
- Investment opportunities or schemes
- AI-based or automated trading systems
- Algo-trading or trading software
- Fake courses, certificates, offers, or promotions
- Requests for money or payments through personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, or wallets
TRADEVANTA ACADEMY AND ITS AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVES DO NOT
- Guarantee profits, returns, or income from trading or investing.
- Promise risk-free or “easy money” opportunities.
- Ask learners to transfer money to unauthorised personal bank accounts or UPI IDs.
- Provide unauthorised personalised investment or financial advice.
- Claim that trading can generate guaranteed or fixed returns.
- Authorise third parties to collect payments or represent themselves as TradeVanta Academy without proper verification.
- Encourage anyone to participate in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal investment schemes.

BE ALERT TO FRAUDULENT COMMUNICATION
Please be particularly cautious if someone claiming to represent TradeVanta Academy:
- Promises guaranteed profits.
- Asks you to deposit money for guaranteed returns.
- Requests payment to a personal account or unknown UPI ID.
- Claims to have an “exclusive” or “sure-shot” trading strategy.
- Requests your OTP, PIN, password, trading account credentials, or other confidential information.
- Adds you to an unofficial WhatsApp or Telegram group.
- Uses TradeVanta Academy branding without verification.
- Uses edited, manipulated, or AI-generated videos or recordings to create a false impression of affiliation.
- Claims that a particular trade will definitely make a profit.
Do not share your OTP, password, PIN, trading account credentials, banking credentials, or other confidential information with anyone claiming to represent TradeVanta Academy.
VERIFY BEFORE YOU TRUST
Before making any payment or acting on any communication, please verify that the communication is from an official TradeVanta Academy channel.
If you receive a suspicious message, advertisement, phone call, social-media account, website, payment request, or trading-related offer using the TradeVanta Academy name, please do not engage or make any payment until its authenticity has been verified.
