• During the checkout process;
• In the course confirmation;
• In the purchase communication; or
• Through another official TradeVanta Academy communication.

Users are encouraged to carefully review:

• Course duration;
• Features;
• Course access period;
• Delivery format;
• Pricing;
• Refund conditions; and
• Other applicable terms

before completing a purchase.

Where a course permits refunds, the user must submit a refund request through the official TradeVanta Academy support channel.

Where permitted under the applicable course-specific refund policy, refund eligibility may depend on whether course content or Services have already been accessed or consumed.

Payments may be processed through PhonePe or other authorised third-party payment service providers.

Processing time for approved refunds may depend partly on the payment provider and banking system.

If a transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised, TradeVanta Academy may request additional information to verify the transaction before processing any refund.

TradeVanta Academy may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The policy applicable to a purchase will generally be the policy presented to the customer at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
